Recipe

Ingredients: (serves 2)

  • 500g self-raising flour

  • 10g white sesame

  • 300g water

  • 1 apple

  • 1 banana

  • 40g sugar

  • 800ml oil

Method:

  • Put the self-raising flour and water into a mixing bowl.  Mix well and leave for 5 mins.

  • Peel the apple and banana and cut them into 8 pieces.  Put them in the batter.

  • Put  the oil in the wok and heat to 180-200℃.  Add the apple and banana carefully,  and deep-fry for 3 mins until golden brown,.  Take out, and reserve on a plate.

  • Keep 2 tsp oil in the wok and add 40g sugar.  Over a low heat, melt the sugar to make the toffee.

  • When the sugar has melted, put the apple and banana back in the wok, add the white sesame seeds and mix well.  Serve hot.

原料: (兩人份)

  • 自發粉 500 克
  • 白芝麻 10 克
  • 水 300 克
  • 蘋果 1 個
  • 香蕉 1 隻
  • 糖 40 克
  • 油 800 毫升

做法:

  • 把自發粉和水放到碗中攪拌均勻,放置 5 分鐘。
  • 蘋果與香蕉去皮後,各切成 8 塊,放到麵糊中。
  • 在鑊中放入 800 毫升油,加熱至 180-200℃,緩緩放入蘋果與香蕉,炸 3 分鐘至金黃色後撈起。
  • 留 2 茶匙油在鑊中,加入 40 克糖,以慢火加熱至糖融化。
  • 把炸好的蘋果和香蕉放入鑊中,加上白芝麻,混和均勻。
